Formerly known as Veena Enterprises which was established in the year 1972, we are now expanding our business to cater our growing customer base across India.

Our wetting and dispersing additives ensure pigments and fillers are quickly wetted, evenly distributed, and stabilized in paints, coatings, inks, and adhesives. They enhance color strength, gloss, and flow while preventing settling or flocculation. Suitable for water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems, these additives deliver brighter finishes, smoother application, and longer shelf life.

Application:  Colour Sensitive Formulations Like Marbles, Clear Cast, Roof Light, Gel Coats etc.  Acrylic Paints. For Cobalt/Amine  Accelerated Resins. For Hot Molding Resins.

Air releasing additives, or defoamers, are advanced chemical solutions used to remove trapped air and bubbles from coatings, polymers, adhesives, and construction materials. By preventing micro-foam and voids, these additives enhance surface quality, mechanical strength, and overall performance of end products.

Our antisettling additive is specially formulated to prevent loose settling of solid particles in liquid systems. 

It works by enhancing suspension stability through controlled viscosity and particle dispersion, ensuring that solids remain evenly distributed over time.

L2575 prevents solid particles from forming a hard cake at the bottom of liquid formulations. It allows particles to settle loosely, making remixing easy and ensuring a smooth, uniform consistency.
